I love experimenting with cooking, I have never tried Australian black perigord truffles. Learning how thinly to shave truffles and how thickly to spread them on Brie would give me the confidence to try using them in my cooking. Sara’s workshop seems like a great fun learning experience, perhaps I’d even sample their home made Olive Oil!

  2. Jen says:

Not sure I even need to explain why I love Truffles but I think I should win because I would enjoy this prize more than anyone else in the world! xx

  3. I would love to win this prize because I just gave my 18 month old a taste of truffles for the first time (from my pasta)! It’d be great to see whether I can develop a few more family-friendly truffle recipes from this class (who would’ve thought I’d be saying that 18 months ago….).

  4. Kelly says:

Me, a truffle virgin. I’ve never tried truffle in my life. Would definitely love to have a chance to touch, cook, eat it.

  5. Wilma says:

    If you’d kindly enable,
Me to attend a cooking workshop at a Table.
    I’m sure I won’t want to move,
As I’ll dine most sumptously, as my clean plate will prove.
