Last weekend at the Richmond Weekender

Last weekend, we visited The Richmond Weekender, Homemaker Market and Canteen, at the old Channel 9 studios, before being demolished and converted into new apartments. It was astonishing how they transformed the spooky vacant building into a super trendy design hub with temporary structures, built with raw and recycled materials. Very cool!

The Design Market

The coolest way to wrap hot cross buns!

Designer scissors and cute stationary

Welcome to the Canteen

We were drawn to the smoking BBQ!

What we ate: Smoky BBQ rib and brisket with coleslaw, washed down with Mountain Goat Ale. The perfect Sunday breakfast.

Love that hessian wall hanging garden. Such a cool idea!

We visited TRW on the last day as it only popped-up during March. I love Melbourne!
