Salts of the Earth

Last weekend, Cherry, Tiger, Daddy and Me booked an appointment at Salts of the Earth for a family session to trial a non invasive way of clearing and relieving respiratory conditions – Basically to help us breath better over the cold & flu season.

When we arrived at the clinic, we were greeted by Mel who instructed us to take off our shoes and cover our heads with hair nets. She then escorted us to the ‘family room’, especially designed to keep the little ones entertained during the session. Mel asked Cherry to selected a children’s movie and Tiger picked out some toys from the basket in the corner. Mel then explained to us what would happen over the next 45 minutes as she dimmed the lights and turned on the salt grinder that gently distributed micro salt particles in the room. She explained “now all you need to do is breath”.
